How I Work...
To get started, contact me either via my 'Enquire now' form or by phone, WhatsApp or email.
We will discuss your event or special occasion, including dates, budgets, menu selection and any special dietary requirements. Once we have agreed the scope of your booking I will be able to provide you with a quotation.
If you are happy to proceed the date can be booked with an agreed contract and a 25% deposit payment.
I always try to be completely flexible with alterations and will always be a phone call or email away if you need to ask any questions.
I arrive at the event address, whether that is your own property, a holiday let or other venue, at an agreed time to prepare your bespoke meal. I serve your meal for you and your guests and then wash-up and tidy away at the end.
Waiting Staff can be arranged, which can make the dining experience much more relaxed.
Following the event, an invoice will be sent for final payment.

I have cooked in a variety of kitchens, and I will always bring my own equipment along to ensure I can cook your meal to the highest possible standard.

I am a Chef as I love cooking and creating memorable food experiences for guests. I will cater for anybody, no matter what or where the event is.

I will ensure that the kitchen is spotless before I leave. You won't have to worry about any cleaning or washing up.
Absolutely not! I am very easy going and do my best to work around you, whether that is with pets or children. All I ask for is a tidy kitchen when I arrive.
It is preferable but I will always cater for dietary requirements. If it is proving difficult to make a decision that everyone can agree on, then I can offer other choices.
I am based in East Bergholt, near the A12. I cover Essex, Suffolk and beyond. I will happily travel throughout the UK (travel fees will apply) so do please feel free to enquire.
All of my Terms & Conditions are stated in the contract. Any deposit will be fully refunded if 21 days' notice is given to cancel the booking. I hold full liability insurances and relevant hygiene certification.
